• One big group shot of all your guests. No formal sessions or long photolists! I don't do family/old-fashioned stand-in-a-row and smile type photos but I do love to get all of your guests together for one group big photo. Once that is done your guests can relax and enjoy the party!

• Relaxed couple portraits / creative portraits session. Super fast and fun sessions Usually one before your meal and one either after dark or at sunset.

• A private online gallery to share with guests and family. With a high-resolution download

• Two sets of digital images. A full set in colour and a full set in epic black and white

• Same week sneak peek! You'll get approx 10-15 of the best photos within 7 days of your wedding, usually the next day!

• One Highlight Video of the best photos

• Fast turnaround for final edited images. The typical turnaround is 8 weeks. Times might be longer during peak season

• Bonus! You don't need to buy me dinner! I only snack on wedding days, and bring my food and coffee. Wedding meals really slow me down and make me want to nap, so I usually say no. Unless there is pizza 🍕 I can't say no to pizza 🤣

Travel costs are included for North East weddings. Please note fuel charges are applicable outside of my region 🚕

My style is heavily documentary, and my passion is capturing real authentic moments over staged/posed photography. That said, I do have an eye for stunning portraiture too and I am for all of my couples to go away with some amazing wow-factor photos to stun their guests with 😍

Over the years I've learned that my style isn't always for everyone, and that's okay :) If you're looking for a traditional wedding photographer then that is definitely not me and I'd recommend you keep searching 📸

I have a strict limit on the number of weddings I cover to ensure the quality of service is maintained 💜

From 2025 onwards I'll only be doing a maximum of 25 weddings per year, that way I can ensure you get the best service on the day and a much faster turnaround for the final gallery. Weddings are hard work and a lot of skill is required to deliver both great photos and great service. My prices are very fair, and my experience is priceless 🥺

My approach to wedding days

My approach is friendly and respectful. I'll blend in, chat and mingle with your guests. It is all about telling the story of your day in a natural authentic style. Without interfering with proceedings or staging photos.

I thrive on capturing real moments. It's not about being technically perfect, it's not about spending ages away from your guests taking hundreds of photos just to get one posed shot. It's about capturing your day, it's about what happens, happens. It's about your loved ones and your family being themselves 🙌

No photo-lists 🙌

Your guests will be happy to hear I now have a no photolist policy! I no longer offer traditional formal/family photo sessions, as it goes against the candid approach. By formal photos, I mean the old-fashioned stand-in-a-line and smile photos. So you and there are no endless photos 🙌

This will be the fastest day of your life, so treasure every moment and don't waste it herding cats for boring photos 🤣

These days I tend to leave the posed formals for guests to get themselves. Everyone has a phone camera these days. I find those photos are more relaxed and people have more of a genuine smile/posture as they know the person taking the photo. I will however be there to get the "photo of the photo" 📸 As below 👇😍

On-the-fly staged photos

All that said, I do happily embrace the on-the-fly staged photos! You know the ones, "can you get a shot on me and such and such?!"

If guests ask I shall always happily oblige. This way the day is more real and the final photos will be all the better for it.

Creative Portrait Sessions

I love the chance to get some creative couple portraits 📸 I adore playing with portable lighting, particularly during the darker nights of Spring, Autumn and Winter

These are usually done in two quick 10-minute sessions, one in the afternoon before your meal or just before sunset and one at the end of the night after dark 🙌

These follow the same philosophy, aiming for unposed natural photos to wow your guests 💜
