How to make a booking

Bookings are made via our website. Get in touch and we'll send you a quote with price details and a link to our online booking system.

We recommend having a face-to-face meeting or a phone to ensure our service and style is a good match for your big day.

Deposit Payment Infomation

The deposit can be sent in two ways. Credit /debit card or Bank Transfer. Once you have accepted your quote an email will be automatically generated with payment instructions will be accessible via your online Invoice.

Deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your booking date. We reserve the right to offer your chosen date to other potential customers if your deposit is not received within the timescale on your quote.

We do not accept cash, cheques or Bitcoin.

Will I have to sign a contract?

Yes, all bookings require a digitally signed contract. Contract details of your booking and any extras you have requested. It also contains our full terms and conditions for your booking. We strongly recommend reading the contract before sending your deposit.

What happens next?

Once your contract is signed and the deposit is received that date will be reserved for you and you will get an email confirmation and a welcome pack with details about your booking.

Your remaining balance is due at least 14 days before the event. Via our online payment system.
